A 342 bed purpose built student accommodation located in central Sheffield. The scheme is surrounded by green spaces and courtyards with the rooftop hub providing a social networking space, screens, café, and terraces. The project spanned site acquisition, securing planning approval and site development. In terms of proximity to the two universities in Sheffield, the Scheme is well situated with short walking distances to both campuses and in close proximity to off campus facilities. Development was completed for the academic year Sep 2019 and is currently generating a rental income of over £2.4 million.
