The Vantage

Description:

A 485 bed purpose built student accommodation located on Traffic Street in Nottingham. The Vantage has excellent amenity including lower ground recreation zone and 8th-floor sky lounge and café.  The project spanned site acquisition, securing planning approval and site development. The scheme is in close proximity to the two universities in the town and the center of the town. Nottingham’s city center is under a 15 minute walk away and offers the main shopping parade as well as a larger cluster of restaurant chains. Development was completed for the academic year Sep 2021and is currently generating a rental income of over £4 million.
